Software Implementation Consultant
We are seeking a Software Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for implementing our Hedge Accounting software, providing consulting services and developing functional specifications and requirements for product customization. The consultant will also interact with the development team and assist in the creation of both in-house and end-user test plans, in addition to conducting on-site client training and managing client expectations.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of derivative markets (Energy or Agriculture a plus)
- Knowledge of Accounting (FAS133/FAS157 a plus)
- Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis in Excel
- Familiarity with databases (Microsoft SQL 2000/2005 a plus)
- Project management skills
- Strong initiative and ability to think through problems and deliver solutions
- The willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time
- Professional demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with client relations a plus
